HIGH QUALITY, ACCREDITED PROGRAMMES
VUB offers a full range of Bachelor and Master programmes fully taught in English where the key concept is flexibility. The system of majors and minors enables students to plan and personalize their curriculum in a way that best meets their interests. All degree programmes offered by the VUB are accredited by the Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organisation (NVAO) ensuring that they meet the highest predefined quality standards.
LOW TUITION FEES
All accredited bachelor and master programmes at the VUB are subsidized by the Flemish Government of Belgium, meaning that students only have to pay a small fraction of the actual cost of their education. The current tuition fees are €890 per year.
SMALL AND PERSONAL Being a mid-sized university allows frequent personal contact between students, professors and teaching assistants. Additionally, students are strongly encouraged to interact with each other through group assignments within the curriculum and through various extra-curricular activities.
