The FELU has become the first and only Triple Crown School in Slovenia and the broader region to have been awarded the – EQUIS , AACSB and AMBA international accreditations. This achievement ranks the FELU among the top 1% of business and economic schools in the world. The FELU’s tourism programmes hold the UNWTO’s prestigious TedQual international accreditation. The International Business graduate programme holds the European CeQuInt (Certificate for Quality in Internationalisation) certificate in the field of internationalisation awarded by the European Consortium for Accreditation (ECA). The master degree programme in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences acquired the title "GARP/FRM Academic Partner". In the academic year 2017/2018, the programme of the Faculty of Economics, Banking and Financial Management, is ranked first in the ranking scale Eduniversal. The second place is followed by Marketing, Business Informatics and Economy, and the third place by Accounting and Auditing, JMPSE Joint Programme and MBA programme. The programme Management in Sport and the EMTM Joint programme rank number eight on the global scale. The FELU is an institution with a long tradition and a wide array of qualified and experienced researchers. Our research represents new knowledge in the fields of business and economics. Many of our faculty also serve as consultants to industry and conduct custom business training for domestic and international companies. The FELU offers the best conditions for students to study and achieve their personal potential, providing graduates with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to secure employment in Slovenia and abroad. We offer an international study environment with cross-cultural learning experiences and partnerships with institutions from all around the world.
The FELU offers an extensive number of English tracks at all levels of study (bachelor, master and doctoral). It has introduced a number of double and joint degree programmes with renowned schools and opened campuses also abroad. A large number of foreign students are attracted to the FELU also through the FELU’s Summer School. We have Ljubljana summer school (for bachelor and master students) and doctoral summer school. The FELU is involved in various mobility programmes: Erasmus Student Mobility for Studies, Erasmus Student Internship, Erasmus Intensive Programme, Erasmus Mundus Partnerships (Erasmus Mundus – EMINTE), Erasmus Mundus Master Programme (EMTM), ICI – ECP Korean double degree and mobility project, CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies), EEA Grants Norway Grants and Bilateral Agreements. We have 197 partner institutions from 46 countries. With India we have bilateral agreements with schools: Sharda Unviersity (Dehli) and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. In Slovenia students can work through Student Services (SS), allowing them to find temporary or part-time work.
